Join me on for LIVE classes on Teams
We use minimal props that are easily accessible, perfect to do at home or while travelling. Classes are challenging while still being accessible for all levels. I offer an interactive class with instructor feedback and assistance as needed. Just like you're with me in studio.

How it works:

2. Class links will be sent to you each morning of class via what's app with prop requirements

3. Join Class via the link

ON DEMAND CLASSES
With your subscription you will get access to an array of
pre-recorded classes and programs.
Which can be accesed under the On-Demand Tab,
make sure you're logged in to access.
PAYMENTS
R500 per month full access
Invoices are sent monthly for EFT payments, subscription will be suspended due to non-payment within 7 days of invoice.
