Hi, I’m Kelly founder of Kelly’s Pilates Studio. I stumbled onto ‘Pilates’ 10 years ago while exploring a different career path. I was offered an internship/training at a local Pilates Studio and that was that, having always been into sports I fell in love with the ability to constantly challenge yourself in different ways, and never having to repeat the same workout.
I completed my certification as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Level 1 and 2 with Stott Pilates, a division of Merrithew, in 2015. I have furthered my training into Rehabilitation, Sports Conditioning, Pre and Post Natal and Halo Training (HIIT) all through Merrithew, one of the world leaders in movement education.

INDIVIDUAL AND DUET CLASSES
Private sessions are beneficial for individuals looking for specified training to address specific goals and injuries. Perfect if you prefer to train individually or with a friend.
GROUP MAT CLASSES
A mat based pilates class, guaranteed to build core strength, stability and postural awareness. We incorporate a variety of pilates props to challenge basic exercise and keep classes interesting. So you'll never get bored repeating the same class over and over.
ONLINE CLASSES
Live mat classes streamed directly to you via Microsoft Teams, in the comfort of your own home. These classes utilise small props, easily accessible to everyone. Get your Pilates fix any where in the world.
EQUIPMENT CLASSES
The Studio is equipped with 2 Reformers, 5 Towers and 6 Stability Chairs. Equipment sessions are done in privates, duets or small group sessions of 4-5 people. The equipment can be used to challenge or assist exercises, depending on workout goals. Equipment sessions are suitable for all levels & abilities.
